CURRENTLY ONLY ACCEPTING APPOINTMENTS FOR DOGS
$50 Flat Fee for Spays or Neuters (may be subject to credit card processing fees)
Your dog must be 3 months old and weigh 2 pounds or more for spay/neuter surgery.
Included with the surgery: Rabies vaccine (dogs 3 months and older), DHPP vaccine, Microchip (unless already chipped), City License, and post-surgery pain medication.
Surgeries provided by the EPAS Socorro Pet Wellness Clinic are limited to individuals that live within El Paso city limits. A photo ID will be required to submit an appointment request.

Bring your family, friends, co-workers, and dogs for a 5K Run or 1 Mile Fun Walk to benefit children in need! Family activities will follow a kid-friendly race and leashed dogs are welcome. Prizes will be given to top individual finishers, biggest team, best-dressed team, and best-dressed dog. All proceeds benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities of El Paso, which supports families while their seriously-ill children receive medical treatment.

All treated cats are ear-tipped. This means a small portion of their right ear is surgically removed while under anesthesia to identify that they have been spayed or neutered.
No other vaccines or procedures are available
HSEP does not provide trapping or transportation services
Cats must arrive at a scheduled clinic in an approved, humane, live trap, regardless of temperament.
DO NOT transport cats or kittens in an open bed of a pick-up truck or in the trunk of a car with no ventilation.

Pavo Real Enhanced Spray Park is a dog-friendly place for pooches to play off-leash. The Park is fenced in and has a fire hydrant shaped water feature. Dogs four months and older are allowed in the dog section of the spray park, as long as they are under visual and voice control, cleaned up after, legally licensed and vaccinated, and wearing a visible dog license.

Gringo Theory Patio Bar is super pet-friendly. The dog-loving staff at this popular bar will bring your pooch treats and water bowls to cool them down on hot days. As if that wasn't enough, they recently added an enclosed dog park to the bar. You can enjoy a cocktail or beer while socializing and exercising in the safe area. Hungry humans can get their fix from one of the many food trucks that rocks up in the car park. Gringo Theory Patio Bar is open every day of the week from 2am to 2pm.
